Billing & payment
An invoice is sent upon reception of samples and request form.
Fees are in Euros (except for samples from USA – see dedicated request forms). Payment instructions are mentioned on the invoice. Payment terms are 14 days. Please indicate invoice number as a reference for your payment!
Belgian customers can make a transfer to the Belfius Bank account IBAN: BE91 0682 2382 2776.
International customers can make a transfer using the following information:
